Forklift Operator – Warehouse

Job Statement:A forklift driver must have working knowledge of distribution operations from beginning to end.  Must follow all Shipping Department procedures and safety guidelines.  Must meet all AccountAbilities Inc. forklift safety requirements at all times.  Must be a certified forklift driver.  Looking for reliable and experienced candidates. o       Shift Hours 7:30am-4:00pmo       Pay Rate ranging from $12.00-$14.00 based on experience and qualifications o       Santa Ana, 92704Job requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in the following areas:o        Shipping & Receivingo        Warehouse o        Forklift Certified (propane sit down)o        Palletizing o        Distribution center experience preferredo        Some customer service experience preferredComputer Literateo        Needs to be able to work with Microsoft Office (Word         and Excel) o        Data EntryJob Description:o       Assisting with Shipping and Receiving o       Loading and unloading containerso               Using forklift to transport producto                Assure all pallets are secured with stretch wrap                            correctly.o               Work with Shipping clerk on receiving and shipping paperwork.o       Palletizing productso       Assisting with data entry and inventory controlSAFETY REQUIREMENTS:o       Report any and all accidents and unsafe conditions to your supervisor immediately.o       Comply with all general work safety rules pursuant to AccountAbilities Inc.          Physical abilities required:o       Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, at times frequently.o       Must check all trucks docked locked, chocked before entering trailer.
