Sales or Finance Manager

Buster Miles Ford/Chevrolet is seeking a motivated Sales and/or F & I Manager to handle the following primary responsibilities:

·         Protect the Dealership’s assets by performing the following Job Duties.
·         Must be computer literate, Internet savvy, mathematically strong, telephone proficient, and highly organized. ·         Responsibility would include managing sales team, hire, train & motivate ·         Track and monitor contracts in transit & manage auto inventory.·         Work with all lending partners to obtain funding including credit approval. ·         Maintain customer satisfaction to Buster Miles standards.
·         Able to work in a team environment.
Motivated individual to successfully lead sales teams.
Professional Experience:·         Experience preferred in sales/finance.·         Product penetration and customer service. ·         Maintain and grow strong relationships.
